Press the mixture into the prepared pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into small pieces and store in an airtight container.

Chocolate Pecan Squares

Makes a 9" square pan

Ingredients

2 cups powdered sugar

3/4 cup plus 4 1/2 tsp. creamy peanut butter

2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup plus 1/2 tsp. unsalted butter, melted

2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Line a 9" square pan with aluminum foil. Cut the aluminum foil large enough to leave handles on the sides of the pan. In a mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar, 3/4 cup peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter. Stir until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
